Access to services from modules in Eclipse

Currently, although the module OSGi bundles show up in Eclipse workbench, the activator is not called. Initially will access modules directly, but need to fix issue, so would take advantage of pluggability.

Fixed for the parser, but still need to check the validator manager - and how the individual validators get registered.
