Is TLS 1.2 required for streaming based on HTTPS Transport in the DTT compliance test?

Please let me verify whether the DTT conformance test can pass when the camera supports only TLS 1.3.
In test case MEDIA2_RTSS-1-1-15, it appears that the connection is being attempted using TLS 1.2.

yes, DTT requires TLS 1.2 for conformance.

Even when TLS1.3 is preferred in a baseline spec, the TLS1.2 is still required for backward compatibility.

I think this question better to address to video enhancement group or cloud profile group for further discussion.
