NOT DETECTED tests

Hi everyone, I am trying to take ONVIF certification for profiles S,T,M and G. I have completed profile S but with profile T and profile M I am having problems. My problem lies in not being able to pass the tests because my calls are not seen by the tool despite being present in the uploaded wiresharks.
The problematic functions are:
Profile T:

• SET SYNCHRONIZATION POINT
• STREAMING OVER RTSP USING MEDIA2
• STREAMING OVER UDP USING MEDIA2
• STREAMING OVER HTTP USING MEDIA2
  M profile:
• GET SUPPORTED METADATA

Hi @AlessandroSimoni

Could you please provide us with the DTT xml log + wireshark log of the same test session?
To collect xml log you need to run test case in Diagnostic tab, click Save -> Save Current.
Additionally please make sure firewall does not block some packets.

thank you for waiting. I am forwarding you the captures and test log of both profiles. I noticed that by doing the tests separately (so first log profile T and then log profile M) the following tests:

• STREAMING OVER RTSP USING MEDIA2
• STREAMING OVER UDP USING MEDIA2
• STREAMING OVER HTTP USING MEDIA2
  pass correctly.
  I continue to have problems with the other test cases.

The current project v25.06 is closed and ready for release there is no new development happening at the moment as this is a transitioning period. The next project will commence first week of August when this will be taken up from the backlog. Thanks for your patience.

Thank you very much for your response. I wanted to notify you of this problem as well. I was trying to run this 5.5.8 RTSP SESSION TIMEOUT CONFIGURATION test of the G profile but I found that this function wants the client to make 2 calls: the SetReplayConfiguration and the GetReplayConfiguration . Only the SetReplayConfiguration is optional for some cameras so it is difficult to pass this test.

we still investigating initial questions. but as for 5.5.8 RTSP SESSION TIMEOUT CONFIGURATION.
The profile G specification in section 7.4.1 says:
"Device shall support the RTSP session timeout with the SetReplayConfiguration and GetReplayConfiguration operations. "
and later in 7.4.3
both functions are marked as mandatory for device

Hi Alessandro @AlessandroSimoni ,

Regarding Profile M the problem is with GetSupportedMetadata request format: whitespaces between namespaces declaration are missing.
Because of this reason the CTT couldn't parse this packet. You can find this details at the Reporting tab.

Regarding the second problem we will answer a bit later when our investigation is ready.

For SetSynchronizationPoint the reason is the same as I mentioned above for GetSupportedMetadata.
Regarding streaming test cases I couldn't find any problem - they look as PASSED. Could you please clarify what exact problem is with them and with which device.
