Cannot log in through ORCID

For some reason the ORCID login option is not available through QOpenScienceFramework. I'm not sure why that is (are we using an outdated login page?), but it would be nice if that were possible. See also open-cogsci/OpenSesame#706,

I sadly have no control over the login page that OSF shows. This is served by the Oauth2 server that OSF provides to login to their service. It may be that newer versions of the API or Oauth server do provide this option, but I don't dare to simply start using the newer API versions for the risk of breaking changes that may arise in other parts of the OSF client.
I have seen the ORCID login option before in OpenSesame though, so they may have removed it?

Let's leave the issue open for now, but not actually work on it. Other things have priority!
