Docs Download Page Returns 403 Forbidden (PDF, EPUB, HTML)

Hi team 👋

I noticed that the "Download" section on the osTicket ReadTheDocs page is currently broken. Specifically, when trying to download the documentation in any of the following formats:

- PDF
- EPUB
- HTML (zip)

The link redirects to:
https://rtd.enhancesoft.com/projects/docs/downloads/pdf/latest/
But this results in the following error:
