Hello. First off, thank you so much for creating this tool!

I can't find any information about whether it is okay to use music created with this tool in free or commercial games, or if there are any such restrictions. Can you clarify this in the documentation? Thank you!

i see no reason the author of a sample player plugin would open the music you create. I'd be more concerned about licensing the samples you put into it.
