Accelerometer display

Problem:

- We will be adding an accelerometer to the phoenix rocket.
- During static fire we want to monitor the 'amount of vibration / oscillation' (?)

Steps:

- Figure out end user requirements
- Design interface, config and data schema
- Implement simulator
- Implement serial
- Test
