L4Re std has been broken for over a year with no maintainers

The L4Re target has had a broken std for over a year:

The most recent activity I found was #92612 by @atopia and @humenda, so I'm asking you: Would you mind the target getting removed or would you be interested in maintaining it?

To my knowledge, @farao has been working on Rust for L4Re, he should be able to comment on @kernkonzept's interest in maintaining the target.

Yes, please don't remove it. I have a working version for a long time already but it depends on changes in the libc crate and the pull request over there was not reviewed for a long time, but was now picked up by the maintainer and I have high hopes to be able to merge it soon and then make a PR here based on the next version of the libc crate. I'm also the one who will maintain the l4re targets in the future and will make an entry in the respective documentation.
