I checked this link https://aihub.or.kr/aihubdata/data/view.do?currMenu=115&topMenu=100&aihubDataSe=realm&dataSetSn=123 but it seems it says only korean citizen can download it? Does it require info like korean ID and address and phone number that sort of info?
