Safari: Feedback text-area doesn't allow input

It works as expected in Chrome & Firefox, but no text can be entered in the feedback widget in Safari.

This is fixed unless the panel detail modal is opened. In that case, only Safari still shows the "Give Feedback" button above the panel detail modal, but doesn't allow entering any text in the feedback text area.
