Test PR Auto-Comment-and-Close Workflow

We recently added a new workflow to check new PRs and see if they contain the PR template. This is triggered when a PR is either opened (new) or edited.

This issue can be resolved by testing this Github Actions workflow by submitting a new PR (no A.I. assistance needed/required)

I created PR #1150 to test the workflow, but the workflow completed with no jobs because the PR originated from a fork. Is the workflow intended to be tested only on branches within the main repository?

@roopakwantstobeadev I reopened the PR. Can you try editing the initial comment in #1150 and delete the line # Pull Request Checklist?
