The default value of timeout could be adjusted as 1 hour or 1 day other than 0xFFFFFFFF for more constrained privacy, which might require additional steps such as asking users to confirm the permission again.
I think we should clarify what 0xFFFFFFFF, means a bit more... or cap it to something reasonable instead of 49 days.
