it opens neovim instead on macOS with zshell

macOS 12. neovim 0.10.2. zshell. related to #145 ?

1. downloaded v0.3.549+ee4316c
2. unzip it as $HOME/FVim
3. copy FVim and fvim-osx-launcher into Applications
4. set "PATH" to point nvim's binary and "EDITOR=nvim"
5. run fvim-osx-launcher in terminal. It says "error occurred trying to start 'nvim'".
6. run FVim in terminal. "FVim" flashes into neovim.
7. run fvim-osx-launcher from Applications. A terminal window shows and it says fvim exits.
