This PR implements International Phone Codes as a dropdown for both telephones inputs in the callmeback form using the intl-tel-input library.
Taking advantage of the mentioned implementation, this PR changes the way the Controller works, in order to use the Prestashop API instead of custom made AJAX calls. This results in a more robust solution, as well as a more familiar interface for the user.
Finally, some small UI interventions were implemented in order to make the module more presentable.
