James Lawson

Founder, 3KPRO.Services | AI systems, automation, and production software

I spent 20 years working around real operations at companies including ONEOK, PSO, and Enerflex. Now I build practical systems for businesses that need better websites, cleaner workflows, stronger lead capture, and useful AI without a giant transformation project.

Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I work across product, code, infrastructure, and delivery because a demo that cannot survive production is not a finished job.

What I Build

  • AI-assisted operations: agent workflows, RAG, local and hosted model routing, approval gates, and durable handoffs.
  • Revenue systems: business websites, prospect previews, lead capture, customer intake, local SEO foundations, and follow-up workflows.
  • Production infrastructure: Docker, Linux, CI/CD, observability, backups, provider failover, and deployment runbooks.
  • Focused MVPs: small enough to ship, complete enough to prove value, and documented well enough for the next operator to own.

Working Principles

  1. Verify the live system, not the slide deck.
  2. Keep humans in control of external sends, money, and production changes.
  3. Make state durable so a cold-started agent can continue the work.
  4. Ship the smallest useful result, then improve it with evidence.
