作者的意图:把 fast-uri 从 3.1.3 升到 3.1.7。这条正是那个让全组织 open PR 一起变红的 advisory 的解药(dvt 侧对应的是已合并的 #307)。

- registry 来源:所有新增的
resolved都指向registry.npmjs.org。这一格是刻意查的 —— 压缩 diff 默认会丢掉 lockfile,而 registry 被悄悄换掉正是这样漏过去的(本组织Cos72#27有过一次)。 - integrity 齐全:新增的每一条
resolved都配有integrity(sha512),没有裸 resolved。 - 无源码改动:diff 只有 manifest + lockfile,没有
src// 合约 / CI 配置。 - R1a 无 finding。
