Summary
Adds a draft Learning Path that guides developers through preparing, exporting, building, running, and validating MobileSAM prompt segmentation on a Corstone-320 FVP with Ethos-U85.
The instructional flow uses the explicit end-to-end example commands instead of the CI smoke-test wrapper. It also documents the generated artifacts, host quantization checks, Ethos-U delegation report, and FVP mask comparison.
