Add an advanced Learning Path demonstrating how to build and run KleidiCV Gaussian blur implementations on an Arm Android device. Cover Android SDK and NDK setup, the standalone SME example, creation of a Gaussian blur performance explorer, and controlled comparisons between NEON, SVE2, and SME for kernels up to 15x15.
