test(royalty): add comprehensive test suite for batchRoyaltyDistributor

Summary

Add comprehensive test suite for the batch royalty distributor module covering all four main functions:

• Add contract test execution against a real (or emulated) Soroban RPC in CI #916: Tests for calculateSwapRoyalty - validates royalty calculations, beneficiary distribution, and edge cases
• Add cargo clippy and cargo fmt --check to CI #915: Tests for distributeBatchRoyalties - validates batch processing, aggregation, error handling
• Add caching for the JS node_modules in CI (once #69/#70 land) #917: Tests for settleBeneficiaryPayouts - validates payment settlement logic and ledger updates
• Add a documented rollback procedure for contract upgrades #918: Tests for recordBatchToLedger - validates ledger entry creation and timestamp consistency
