The leaf is `SHA256(0x00 || definition)`. An internal node is
`SHA256(0x01 || min(left,right) || max(left,right))`. The certified catalog
root and delegate certificate bind provider identity, issuance epoch,
revocation epoch and the ERC-7730-only purpose.
root is the leaf after applying every proof sibling. The delegate signature
digest is `SHA256("KEEPKEY:ERC7730:CATALOG\0" || catalog_root)`, where `\0`
is one literal NUL byte. Signing the root rather than a bare leaf lets one
signature authenticate every included definition while the leaf still binds
the exact canonical program. The delegate certificate binds that signature to
one chain and the compiled-in KeepKey root; the purpose prefix prevents replay
as v1-v4 ClearSign metadata.
