Carry the previously audited PR #66 fix into the current release host suite without dropping its newer coverage. The UpdateAuth fixture has one account and zero waits, so its independent serializer excludes the phantom six-byte wait. Retain the legacy hash reproduction and corrected hash assertion. This accompanies the existing EOS authorization fix being replayed into the full release builds; no Copilot requested.
