Update server status handling and add version information retrieval

This pull request introduces improvements to version reporting and server URL validation, as well as some minor refactoring. The most significant changes are the addition of a centralized version information utility, enhanced validation for Minecraft server URLs and ports, and updates to the API response structure.

Version reporting improvements:

• Added a new VersionInfo utility class to load and provide the application version from a version.properties resource.
• Updated MiscController.serverStatus to return the current version using VersionInfo.getVersion() instead of a static status string. [1] [2]

Server URL and port validation:

• Improved the server URL pattern in MinecraftController to correctly capture and validate the port as an optional group.
• Enhanced port parsing logic to ensure the port is within the valid range (1–65535), throwing an error for invalid values.

Dependency version update:

• Bumped the project version in pom.xml from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2.
