Config menu for Port specific options

Would be nice to have a config menu for port specific options (stuffs like savestates, wireframe mode, etc) so that console ports (which inherently lack a keyboard) can get access to those features as well.
A good example of this would be any libultraship based N64 decomp PC ports which handle it iwth dear ImGui.

i mean its not that difficult to bind these functionalities to some button combination, but i guess you could make a menu with select, anyway i am against modifying vanilla game so i think it would need to be something on the game window side instead
