docs: rewrite plugin description to sell the product, not the mechanism#2

The old description ("AI email & CRM copilot... records your conversation on
hook-capable surfaces") led with plumbing before value. New copy leads with
what Cedar actually does for AEs/sales teams, keeps the hook-capable-surfaces
detail as a trailing technical note rather than the headline.
