I'm Chanchal (@ChanX21), and I like to build systems, specifically Web3 systems, decentralized to the maximum extent practically possible. I work on backend, infrastructure, AI automation, protocol systems, and blockchain products that need to stand the pressure of scale and real-world load.
I have worked across 5 major projects, 10+ hackathon projects, 16+ blockchain systems, and 6+ projects as lead or architect. From AI-based inheritance solutions to meme economies, Algorand-based DEXs, wallet infrastructure, AI red-teaming, and settlement systems, I like building systems that turn complex requirements into usable products.

- zkRail is a trustless protocol enabling crypto-to-UPI payments without requiring bank accounts or KYC, winning ETH India 2024
- Uses a competitive solver network where agents bid to execute fiat payments, with the lowest bid winning the right to process the transaction
- Features an advanced GPT-4 powered AI agent CLI built with Coinbase's CDP AgentKit, enabling natural language payment processing, automated intent management, and seamless transaction handling, supported by a Cloudflare Workers-based intent aggregator for real-time solution matching
