Implements Phase HA-1 as an additive deployment/runtime foundation. Adds the immediate home-assistant App package, isolated trusted Ingress listener, authenticated LAN listeners, base-path-aware Studio requests, direct HTTPS WebFlash fallback, shared server-only Home Assistant client/status, multi-architecture GHCR workflow, documentation, and regression coverage. No Home Assistant widgets, firmware, framebuffer, renderer layout, provisioning, or existing source semantics are changed.
