The hub (Repository_Management) replaced the owner's personal name with "repository owner" in three fleet-managed owner-decision paragraphs. This sync brings AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md in line; other repositories' confidentiality tests reject the personal name.
Automated tests
None added. The change touches only AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md, 6 lines each way, and no code. The repository's existing CI runs unchanged.
Manual (human) testing
None performed by a human. An agent (Claude) reviewed the diff: it changes exactly the three "Owner decision (…)" lines in each file and nothing else.
