Black lines when shot on bullet time

I advanced a little more in game to the first contact and got what I said in the title.

BTW the off hand and weapon move far away sometimes when I press two hand grip

When throw a grenade the explosion is black too

I notice that black effects occurs when move render RenderScale above 100
