Works well but now the body is visible

The character body is just in front of me. Seems like I have to move the camera forward about 30 cms. It was OK for a while. I also managed to remove the green box. The graphics are just a bit blurry even though I have a high end PC (RTX5080 etc) although that isnt a big deal it would be nice to have less tearing and bluriness. How do I recenter the character or move the camera?

I sorted it by turning away IRL from the character and my controls work walking forward and everything but occasionally it comes back to center sometimes. I also fixed the graphics using the overlay resolution.
