Explain the server-client workflow, add connectivity/provider diagnostics, distinguish missing configuration from detected attacks, and start the server quickstart with a no-key local preset. Later standalone CLI PR adds a server-free default.
Validation: Workspace checks and packed CLI installation passed.

codex/fix-docker-startup; merge its dependency first. The website and final standalone CLI changes follow separately.
