docs: make bro-mode the flagship, add council flow diagram - #2
Merged
Conversation
The repo is named after the persona, but the README led with council — profile visitors read committee procedure before the actual headliner. Restructured around the bro-mode story (AI-cliché fatigue, immersion, the "ideal culture fit" field report), demoted council to the toolkit section with a mermaid diagram of the chair/seat flow, and reordered the marketplace description to match.

Summary
The repo is named bro-code, but the README led with council — a profile visitor read committee procedure before meeting the actual headliner. This PR restructures the README around bro-mode's story and demotes council to the toolkit section, upgraded with a mermaid flow diagram.
Context
The new hero section tells the story the repo name promises: AI pair-programming prose is tonally dead and full of recognizable clichés (contrastive negation, rule of threes), bro-mode flips the register while a hard style-vs-substance rule keeps the engineering intact, and immersion goes up — including a field report from a live interview ("ideal culture fit"). Council keeps its epistemics pitch (chair/seat separation, anonymized rebuttal, refutation by default) but as one toolkit entry among three, with the fan-out → rebuttal → synthesis → verification flow now drawn as a mermaid diagram. The marketplace description is reordered to lead with the persona for the same reason.
