Checkov 3.3.16 (pulled in by the checkov-action 12.3122.0 bump) added CKV_AWS_309, which flags the same missing-authorizer condition on this API Gateway v2 route that CKV_AWS_59 already covers and that's already documented as intentional (secret-path-segment auth, matching Wiz's webhook integration constraints).
