Summary: replaces the overlay titlebar native drag path with titlebar-only cursor-delta positioning; adds only the required core window set-position capability; removes competing legacy drag declarations. Verification: frontend build, backend tests from src-tauri, and production Tauri build. The editor receives no drag listener, preserving text selection and editor drag/drop.
