Upgrade UberStrok.WebServices

Most of the code of UberStrok.WebServices was written 2 years ago within a couple of days, so I believe it should be given some more love. By upgrading to ASP .NET Core on Kestrel, using SoapCore. Using a proper database implementation like LiteDB or MongoDB instead of the flimsy implementation which we currently have.

Also move to a completely stateless webservice instead, by relying on the AuthToken, using something like JWT.
