Refine setup, vault, and update workflows

Summary

• Rework setup wizard and main collection/vault UI flows, including collection rail behavior and scroll performance fixes
• Add Vault import/recovery, ModHub image/detail gallery, update reports, update cache/progress handling, and build labeling support
• Add focused coverage for update execution/reporting, Vault import/cache behavior, ModHub images, and detail gallery rendering

Tests

• node .\.yarn\releases\yarn-berry.cjs test

Notes

• git diff --check currently reports CRLF/trailing-whitespace warnings on touched files because Git is normalizing line endings in this checkout; the full project test suite passes.
