Three targeted, generalizable fixes with no regressions:
- measure declines the "s" (seconds) unit for a spaced 4-digit decade so the
date tagger reads "1980 s" as "nineteen eighties" (date 52→53)
- serial reads rate notation "<digits>/<letter>": "1/f" → "one per F"
(serial 27→28)
- electronic upper-cases a known acronym file extension in the final ".ext"
label ("intro.html" → "… dot HTML"), leaving a same-named directory lower
case (electronic 40→41)
