…h trap M10 runbook now matches the daemon as actually run on this machine (the :8080 spawn trap that crash-looped the bounce, the harness memory wiring proven e2e for #414, and a stale go/ path token).

Docs-only follow-up to #414 discovered live: bouncing the loop daemon per the old runbook line (
--embed-provider localwithout the attach env) spawn-loops a llama-server on :8080 and crash-loops serve. Runbook now carries the flag, the trap, the harness memory wiring (e2e-proven), and fixes one stalego/token.
