On the Helpers page (admin view), the empty-state 'Add new helper' button shown inside the table when a project has no helpers uses different styling (text-[14px] font-semibold shadow-md) than the primary 'Add new helper' button in the header above the search field (text-[13px] font-medium shadow-sm py-2.5). Update the empty-state button to use the exact same formatting, text, and icon as the header button.
