Bring hawk-graph in line with the rest of the hawk-eco ecosystem: add AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and the repo-agnostic GitNexus skills under .claude/skills/gitnexus/.
The .gitignore was adjusted to track committed .claude/skills while still ignoring local agent state.
