Port AlphaSimR::MultiPop ideas/code/logic to SIMplyBee

@darizasu is leading work with AlphaSimR::MultiPop class (for example, gaynorr/AlphaSimR#276) and many of the problems/ideas/code/logic there are structurally the same as in SIMplyBee where a colony is close to a MultiPop, but not exactly that, though we might be able to leverage MultiPop class as the foundation class for Colony class! The point of this issue is that we should study how we could leverage that infrastructure/code/logic to SIMplyBee too.
