📌 Project Overview

This project was created as a guided project by Baraa Sakib Skalani using Tableau.
It analyzes HR data and provides both a summary view and a detailed employee-level view for better decision-making.

1. Overview Dashboard

• Active Employee Summary
• Hiring vs Termination trends (Area Chart)
• Workforce by Department & Location (Bar Chart + Map)
• Demographics: Gender, Age, Education (Donut Charts, Bar Charts)
• Salary Distribution: Education vs Salary, Age vs Salary, Gender vs Salary (Scatter & Bar Charts)
• Performance Analysis by Education

2. Details Dashboard

• Employee List with:
  • Employee ID, Name, Role, Demographics, Location , Geographics
  • Salary & Status (Hired/Terminated)
  • Length of Employment
• Filters to search by Gender, Location, and Employment Status
