Windows Defender and Chromium based browsers flag windows release as a virus/PUP

I'm not sure what action you'd need to take here, but both chromium browsers and microsoft defender don't like something about this. Going to manually override on my end, but for future releases you may need to figure out what's causing it to be flagged and/or sign the executable.

This is new as I've run this on 3 windows machines, one with chrome, and not triggered AV - I'm not sure what's causing it either but I'll take a look and initial suggestion I've come across is to not package as --onefile on windows but instead just leave it as a .zip
