Retained cross-venue replay remains deferred. This updates the existing NRCL-101 decision brief with current official terms so account access is no longer treated as permission to retain, normalize, combine, or distribute venue data.

The amendment documents Kalshi's own-trading API scope, the public Polymarket US ISV template's conditional recording rights and restrictions on combining or modifying raw market data, and the distinction between user audit retention and reusable book history. It also clarifies Novig's authenticated depth channel and resolves the old Kalshi fee-multiplier discrepancy using the dated August 7 change. Fee precision and account-specific terms still require confirmation.

The operator explicitly deferred the real-data pilot. No sport or game is committed. No vendor contact, credential onboarding, market-data recording, trading, or product-code change occurred.

Validation at fbf0f3403aca20a88bd9796206378c101a898a82:

  • Ruff and mypy passed; 411 tests passed, 6 skipped.
  • Documentation and example validators passed.
  • Fumadocs typecheck and production build passed.
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Required Black command exited successfully but discovered no Python files in this worktree; this PR changes only MDX.
  • Exact-head hosted CI passed: Python 3.10/3.11/3.12 tests, documentation validation/build/check, and advisory security jobs. The conditional Require Documentation job skipped normally.
  • Configured Codex review completed on this exact head with no major issues: review result.

Plane NRCL-101

This completes the documentary amendment only. The access decision and retained-data study remain deferred pending applicable written terms; this PR does not authorize a pilot.

@codex review

Please review the NRCL-101 documentary amendment at fbf0f34. Focus on the source-backed distinction between account access and retained/combined data rights, the dated fee-policy correction, and the explicit decision to defer the real-data pilot. No market-data study was performed.
