Hi @hplahar -- Im trying to just get a dump of all of the uploaded sequences and their associated metadata. However, when I try to export all (I hope all? 5,725 entries) via the web-interface/GUI gives me the error: Unknown server error. Custom export informs me I will receive an email when it is ready, but I never receive an email. I've also tried my hand at getting this information via REST API, but I do not have any experience with this framework, and I have also not been successful in retrieving the data via this method.
Is there an easy way to get all of the uploaded data that I am missing? Alternatively, would it be possible for you/whoever to simply send me the data?
