No function to Request a strain or plasmid

Hi!

I was told I could request a strain or plasmid on the JBEI database. I am having a hard time adding strains/plasmids to the "Samples" to be requested. Attached is a screen shot of my options when I find entries I want to add.

Samples have to be available in the archive in order to request them. In the screenshots you provided, the samples tabs are showing a count of "0".
