just like the title said Eye Tracking Missing after the new VRCFT calibration Update , i'm on desktop the avatar tracking (i tested in many diffrent av) can almost do everything as usual , but the eye tracking is missing now , i can't blink or look at other direction/ around , other tracking working fine , but the eye tracking is gone now , idk if it's vrcft or foxyface , but when i checked priview in the foxy , it's all working fine ,if anyone know something , lmk.

It's entirely possible that I saw that VRCFT released an update, but I haven't checked it yet. I don't have much free time, but I'll try to fix it in the next day or two if it's really because of the new version of VRCFT.

I confirm the problem. I found another problem: the model now does not work at all unless “Allow initialization of other VRCFT modules” is enabled.

The problem with the eyes remains even when the “Allow initialization of other VRCFT modules” parameter is enabled.

I suspect that this is all because VRCFT does not want to enable the module, if you look at the logs:

No, the problem is specifically related to the VRCFT update. I rolled back to the previous version, and everything works fine

I messaged @benaclejames, and I guess the module will be updated in the VRCFT module registry at some point.

After updating to version 1.0.4.2 and the new version of VRCFT, my face started looking broken. How do I explain it… it’s like the whole face calibration became incorrect. I make a normal expression, but my avatar puffs one cheek and twists the lips. I rolled back to the older version.
Here’s an example in the screenshots: the one with the normal face is the old version of VRCFT, and the one with the distorted face is the new VRCFT version. And yes, I manually updated the ‘FoxyFaceVRCFTInterface.

VRCFT on github wasn't updated, only steam version got the update.
However, this VRCFT from github releases version will auto-update FoxyFace module (even if you delete it and install the old one!), causing it to break. Firewalling off internet also didn't work as VRCFT will just crash.

The solution was to unpack the module zip, change Version to 1.0.4.2 and LastUpdated to 2029-..., re-pack it and load into VRCFT with a "install zip" button on modules page.

Yes I know VRCFT is also free on steam so you can just use steam version.

Yes, my update accidentally killed backward compatibility with the old VRCFT.....

I'm going to test what's wrong with the auto-calibration from VRCFT. + I'll need to figure out why turning my head doesn't work.

In short, the VRCFT update took away more features than it added.

Version 1.0.4.3 only partially solved the problem. Before, all avatars looked broken, now, for example, out of 10 avatars, 5 work normally, and the others still have issues — but in different aspects (for some it's the tongue, for some the mouth, for some the whole jaw)
