Moves the repository instructions into AGENTS.md so coding agents can discover them, and replaces CLAUDE.md with an @AGENTS.md import so Claude loads the same instructions automatically.
The instructions are preserved verbatim except that references to CLAUDE.md are changed to AGENTS.md.
Validation: compared AGENTS.md byte for byte with the original CLAUDE.md after only the filename substitution; verified the exact import and ran git diff --cached --check. No application code changed.
