bug: change the bot message to be descriptive

when you type two commands within 5 seconds you get "الكوماند دي مش جاهزة دلوقتي. جرب ف وقت تاني"
but this message is for invalid commands or wrong syntax
so we need to change it or add new message to tell you that you to wait until next command
