Issue: Laser remains on after acquisition stops unexpectedly
During an overnight continuous acquisition on the SeqSR microscope for DNA PAINT expt, the acquisition stopped midway, but the laser remained on. Since the user was not present, the sample was exposed to the laser for an extended period.
It would be helpful to add a fail-safe so that the laser automatically turns off if the acquisition stops unexpectedly, the software encounters an error, or the system becomes idle.
