应用发版时复用固定的原生组件，会把旧构建的到期时间带入新安装包。Windows 和 macOS 打包现在会先触发 WCDB 当前 main 的生产构建，等待成功后仅下载这些运行的产物，并检查新的构建标识、UTC 起始时间及严格 45 天期限。
保留现有签名、证书指纹、manifest、provenance 与文件哈希校验；下载改为校验对应 Actions artifact 的 SHA-256。macOS 三个组件并行重建，导出模块绑定本次应用修订。旧固定 Release 不再作为打包输入。
依赖：https://github.com/2977094657/WCDB/pull/1。合并前需要完成该生产链的凭据配置，并设置 WCE_NATIVE_CORE_PRODUCER_TOKEN（仅 WCDB 仓库，Actions 读写、Contents 只读）。配置说明见 docs/release-native-build.md。
验证：Python、YAML、Bash、PowerShell 语法及 diff 检查通过。未执行签名生产构建或发布新版本。
